A Mass of Christian Burial will be held from St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, 2427 Marietta Ave. Lancaster PA 17601 on Friday, May 29, 2026, beginning promptly at 11:00 a.m.
The family will be received from 10:00 -10:45 a.m. at the church before Mass.
Inurnment will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
Victoria J. Williams, 84 of Mount Joy, PA, passed away surrounded by her family on May 16, 2026, at Paramount Senior Living in Maytown, PA. She was the wife of Arthur T. Williams, with whom she shared 63 years of marriage. Together they shared three children, eight grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
Born in Chicago, she was the daughter of the late Allen W. White, Sr. and Jean White. Victoria was a devoted wife, mother, Nana, Great Nana, and sister. Her soul is unique and joyful. She tended to make a positive and lasting impression on those who had the pleasure of meeting her.
Victoria retired in 2000 after 20 years of service from Lake Zurich District 95 as the Attendance Secretary for Lake Zurich Senior High School. She was an active and longtime member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Lake Zurich, IL and later became a member of St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, Lancaster, PA.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Daniel J. Williams of Pleasanton, CA; Deborah J. (Douglas) Shepherd of Channahon, IL; Christopher A. (Jamie) Williams of Manheim, PA; grandchildren Gabriella (Seth) LaRue, Samara Williams, Jackson Shepherd, Adia Williams, Elizabeth Williams, Brian Williams, Duncan Williams, and Charles Williams, great-grandson Mac LaRue, her brother Allen W. White, Jr. (Lucette), and cousins Dorothy Bond and G. Vittoria Abbate.

Peter I. Hahn, Celebrant. The family will be received from 10:00 -10:45 a.m. at the church before Mass. Inurnment will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cure Alzheimer’s Fund at www.curealz.org.
