Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
Burial will follow at Maytown Union Cemetery
Tammy L. Hubbard, 61, of Middletown passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at Masonic Homes. She was born in Lancaster to Esther Lambert and was preceded in death by her father Samuel Flowers, brother Dean Flowers, and daughter Coty Zerphey. Tammy enjoyed spending time with her family, crocheting, Bible study, and country music. She worked as an environmental services associate with Masonic Homes.
Tammy is survived by her mother Esther Lambert of Elizabethtown and her daughters Destiny Neideigh, wife of Anthony Neideigh of Marietta and Kortney Seibert, wife of James Seibert of Elizabethtown as well as her grandchildren Arionna, Draven, Audrey, and Juliet.
