Services for Thelma will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, 519 Walnut St, Columbia, PA 17512. The family will receive friends for visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. until service time.
Burial will follow at Laurel Hill Memorial Garden
Thelma J. Williams, 82, of Columbia passed away on August 11, 2026. She was born in Columbia to the late George, Sr. and Rosaline LeFever Kurtz and was a lifelong resident of this area.
Thelma was a graduate of Columbia High School with the Class of 1962 and worked with the former R & S Manufacturing and Heatherbank Nursing Home before her retirement. She loved the music of Elvis and enjoyed writing poems and heartfelt letters to family and friends. Thelma was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt who adored her family and treasured spending time with them.
Thelma leaves behind her two sons Jason, husband of Krista Williams of Mount Joy, Danny, husband of Nikki Williams of Hallam; a grandson Aiden Wiliiams of Hallam; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Larry Williams in 2011 and three siblings Sonny Kurtz, Claude Kurtz, and Mary Jane Strickler.
Services for Thelma will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, 519 Walnut St, Columbia, PA 17512.
