A Mass of Christina Burial will be held on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 11:00 a.m, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 121 S. Second Street, Columbia, PA 17512. There will be no public viewing, however the family will receive friends at the Church one hour prior to the Mass.
Burial will follow in Mountville Cemetery.
Kathleen C. (Bobbe) Kauffman, 91, of Mountville, formerly of Columbia, passed away on Tuesday, August 11th at Trillium Place where she resided for the past four years. She was the wife of the late Lewis (Luke) Kauffman with whom she was married 68 years.
Bobbe was bon in Columbia to the late Michael Vecero and Dorothy Whorley Glick. She graduated from Columbia High School in 1953. Bobbe loved her home and family. She was a devoted member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Columbia.
She is survived by her children: Luke husband of Deb Kauffman, Kathy wife of Mark Zeamer, Theresa wife of James Meisenbach and Eileen Dinkel; 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Also surviving are her brother, Mike Vecero and sisters, Brucette, Penny and Jackie. She was preceded in death by her daughter Julie Kauffman Wolshire, sister Jeanine, brother Matthew and half-brother Mike.

Burial will follow in Mountville Cemetery. There will be no public viewing, however the family will receive friends at the Church one hour prior to the Mass.
