Visitation from 5:30 PM until 6:30 PM.

Interment will be held by the family at their discretion

Samuel G. Grove, Jr., 68, passed away on Friday May 1, 2026, after a courageous 5-month battle with cancer. Born in Columbia, he was the son of the late Samuel G. Grove, Sr. and Clara G. Nauss Grove.

Sam is survived by his wife of 48 years, Linda S. Misel-Grove of Columbia, daughter, Abby L. Henry, wife of Steven C. Henry, Jr., granddaughter, Mya C. Henry and daughter, Shannon M. Grove and granddaughter, Leighann Marie Grove-Witmer, spouse of Reece Witmer, his sister Janette Howson and Brother Keith Grove, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Samuel D. Grove in 2024 and his sister Diane Grove.

A service will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, Inc. 519 Walnut St. Columbia PA at 6:30 PM with the Rev. Kenneth Hudson, officiating. Visitation from 5:30 PM until 6:30 PM. Interment will be held by the family at their discretion. Kindly omit flowers. Memorial donations may be made to the Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Center or any Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
