Services for Gordon will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, 519 Walnut St, Columbia, PA 17512.
The family will receive friends for visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. until service time.
Burial will follow at Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens.date.
Gordon J. Tolson, 95, of Columbia passed away on September 19, 2026. He was born in Columbia to the late Gordon, Sr. and Ruth Crowley Tolson and was a lifelong resident of this area.
Gordon was a graduate of Columbia High School with the Class of 1948 and completed courses at Stevens Trade School of Technology. He worked with Gichner Mobile Systems for twenty-five years until his retirement in 1993. Gordon was an active volunteer firefighter for many years with the former Vigilant Fire Co. and also served as Fire Chief for the former Keystone Fire Co. He was a faithful member of Westgate Baptist Church.
Gordon is survived by his son-in-law David Lau, four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Tolson in 2005 and wife Eyla Tolson in 2020 and stepdaughter Jean Lau.

The family will receive friends for visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will follow at Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens.
