Services for Dora will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, 519 Walnut St, Columbia, PA 17512.
The family will receive friends for visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. until service time.
She will be laid to rest with her late husband at Silver Spring Cemetery.
Dora M. Rapp, 89, of Marietta passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with a long-time illness on June 13, 2026 at U.P.M.C. of Lititz Hospital surrounded by her loving children.
She was born in Columbia to the late Robert H. and Bertha M. Webb and worked at the former AMP, Inc. in Mount Joy until her retirement. Dora was married to the late Earl M. Rapp in 1954 and together they shared fifty-seven years while being devoted parents to seven children and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Outside of work, Dora’s hobby was family ancestry.
Dora is survived by four children John “Tim” Rapp (Teena), Larry K. Rapp, Bonnie L. Fletcher, Teresa A. Minnick (Samuel); her friend Tina Zimmerman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Earl W. Rapp; three children Earl R. Rapp, Debra J. Estep, Joan A. Rapp; a grandson Chad D. Rapp.
