Timothy R. Williams, 73 of 1176 Iron Bridge Rd., Columbia, PA died unexpectedly at his residence on Thursday. He was the husband of Cynthia Hart Williams. They celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary on July 27th. His first wife Virginia Williams died in 1999. Born in Columbia, PA he was the son of Rita Wohlferth Williams of Lititz, PA and the late Martin V.B. Williams.

Tim retired from the Myers Bros. Well Drilling Co. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church where he served as an usher at the 5PM mass on Saturday. He was a Life Member of the Thunderbird Motorcycle Club, a Life Member of both the Marietta Beneficial Association and the Susquehanna Beneficial Association. He was also a member of the Red Rose Memorial Post #2435 VFW in Columbia and the Marietta American Legion.

Surviving in addition to his Wife and Mother are the following: Daughter: Sharon Going of Janesville, WI, Brothers: Charles D. Williams of Manheim, PA, Dennis M. husband of Pat Williams of Mt. Joy, PA, Robert S. Williams of York, PA and Jonathan F. husband of Chris Williams of Elizabethtown, PA, Sisters: Margaret S. "Sis" wife of John Good of Columbia, PA, Theresa M. wife of Merrill Hess of Lancaster, PA, Mary R. wife of Dennis Brandt of Mt. Joy, PA and Rita E. Fritsch of Lancaster, PA. He was predeceased by a Brother: Martin J. Williams and a Sister: Kathleen A. "Kitty" Logan.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held from the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 4th & Cherry Streets, Columbia, PA on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 11:00AM with Rev. Fr. Stephen Kelley as Celebrant. The family will receive friends from 10:00AM – 11:00AM. Final Commendation and Farewell will be in Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery. The family requests that flowers be omitted. Memorial Contributions in Tim's memory may be made to Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 409 Cherry St., Columbia, PA 17512. Arrangements by the Clyde W.
