William enjoyed fishing, visiting flea markets, and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.

William F. Gutierrez, 77, of Columbia passed away on September 6, 2025. He was born in Columbia to the late Manuel Espinoza and Ethel Gutierrez and was a lifelong resident of this area.
William attended Columbia High School and proudly served in the United States Army. Following his service, he was a self employed in flooring until his retirement. William enjoyed fishing, visiting flea markets, and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, and brother who adored his family and treasured spending time with them.
William leaves behind his wife of fifty-seven years Joyce Gutierrez of Columbia; three children, Tonya Gutierrez of Columbia, Tracey, wife of Robert Goshen of Marietta, Billy Gutierrez of Columbia; ten grandchildren, Shawn, Todd, Jordan, Tyler, Michael, Matthew, Mitchell, Isaac, Alex, and Jas; three great grandchildren, Anthony, Gannet, and Finley; three siblings, Ralph Gutierrez of Columbia, Allen, husband of Linda Espinoza of Lancaster County, Flora Espinoza of California. He was preceded in death by his parents.
