In honor of Speedy’s final wishes there will be no formal services. A future celebration of Speedy’s life will be announced by his family.
Samuel “Speedy” Faus, Jr., 71, of Lititz passed away on October 15, 2026. He was born in Columbia to the late Samuel, Sr. and Ruth Kriner Faus and was a lifelong resident of this area. Speedy attended and graduated from Columbia High School. He was a dedicated fisherman who also enjoyed collecting and woodcarving. Speedy was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and uncle who adored his family.
Speedy leaves behind his daughter Ardis Goldsborough; five grandchildren Ardis Goldsborough, Neil Rapp, Jr., Jazmine Rapp, Olivia Goldsborogh, and Avery Goldsborough; three siblings Randy, husband of Jami Faus, Pam Faus, and Donny Faus; his best friend Thomas Goldsborough; numerous nieces and nephews and a large extended family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four siblings Charles, Kurt, Terry, and Pam Faus.
