Jeremy M. Duke, 37, of Columbia, PA, passed away on June 7, 2025 at Hershey Medical Center surrounded by his family.

He’s survived by his parents, Mitch and Tammy Duke; two brothers, Josh and David Duke and a niece, Delilah, daughter of David.

Jeremy was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers! He loved the mountains, fishing and being surrounded by his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be scheduled at a later date.
