A memorial service will be held at the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, Inc., 519 Walnut St., Columbia, PA on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
The family will receive visitors beginning at 10:00 a.m
Janet Marie Colón, 85, passed peacefully with her family by her side at Abbeyville Nursing Home, Lancaster on April 19, 2026 after battling dementia. Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Murtis Sr. and Bertha Zink Nace.
Janet was married to the late Roberto Colón, Sr. and will be missed by her children, Robert Colón, Jr., Lisa Riggleman, Tina Millhouse, Kelly Arnold, Karie Mihan and their companions, as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She had 15 siblings with nine surviving as well as numerous nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law.
Janet was always on the go. She enjoyed casino bus trips, the beach and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and formerly a Girl Scout leader.
The family would like to thank staff at Abbeyville for the care, love and support our mother received over the past two years. We are forever grateful.
