Connie L. Frey, 70 of Columbia, passed away on Monday, November 24, 2025 at the Lancaster General Hospital. She was the wife of the late James F. Frey, Sr. who preceded her death in 2012. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Jessie Ness Geltmacher.
Connie retired in 2020 after 30 years of service from Euromax where she was employed as a production worker. She enjoyed her trips to the family cabin in Huntington County where she loved to watch the wildlife, especially the deer. Most of all, she relished time with her family, particularly her grandchildren and great granddaughter, Eve.
She is survived by her children, Christopher, husband of Amanda Geltmacher; Mindy Warner; grandchildren, Zachery Lambert, Ryan Fifolt, Alicia Shope, Christopher “Reed” Geltmacher and great granddaughter, Eve Dunlap.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to the Alzheimer’s/Dementia Foundation.
